file io - WriteFile thread safety -

is writefile thread safe? mean,can write same file multiple threads simultaneously without synchronization? msdn says nothing thread safety of writefile.

yes thread safe own i.e prevent system crashing, win api maintain internal locking when writing files , lock byte-range locks. more can read file locking
