asp.net mvc - orchard - click on screen and will display widget etc -

i remember seeing in tutorial cant remember how access it.

using orchard can d/l moudles/gallary when viewing website can select anywhere on screen , tell widget , layer on (on bottom of screen)

was designer tools?
